One of the key factors that helped him hone in on his chosen niche and begin to profit so quickly was his ability to keep focused on his “big picture goals.
Now, Kevin readily admits that he didn’t always stay on track, but those times he did stray, it was a purposeful intent to pursue additional revenue streams to raise the cash he needed to reinvest in his primary venture and take his business to the next level.
So many entrepreneurs make the mistake of thinking that their niche is to blame if growth is slower than expected. So they jump from niche to niche and never really learn how to tweak their offer or marketing and ultimately fail to find successful, says Kurgansky.

1) Focus on getting customers right away.
2) Determine what problem you’re going to solve and who needs that solution.
3) Examine the buying habits of your niche to help you deliver an offer they can’t resist.
4) Create your product (eBook, video series, etc.).
5) Create your sales page (standard sales page, sales video, etc.) and speak your ideal customer’s language.
6) Only create evergreen content so your products don’t quickly become obsolete.
7) FOCUS! Develop one offer that you sell using one sales vehicle via one traffic channel until you obtain success and don’t spread yourself too thin before you start to make money.
